Complete disaster. Worst attempted car purchase ever. Found the Jeep I had been looking for on Craigslist. Called and set up a time and place to meet to look at the car. Howard and the Jeep showed up at the meeting place on time and I was very happy with the car. Too late to go to the bank at that point but we agreed that the next morning would be fine though I wanted to meet him at his shop, another half hour away to view the underside of the Jeep on his car lift. Arrangements were made, I would call him before I left home with cash in hand to drive the hour to his shop. Called and let him know I was on my way and to expect me in 55 minutes according to the GPS. I arrived at his shop exactly on time to find another person looking under the hood of what I thought was going to be my new car. Howard walked over to greet me only to say, "sorry, I just sold the jeep to someone else". WHAT??? I j called you less than an hour ago telling you I was on my way!!!!! "Yeah, sorry about that." UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Great way to do business!!! Never again.

I would give this place UN-stars if I could. Guy sold me a car with bad head gaskets. How do you sell a Subaru without going over the head gaskets?? Then he told me it's going to be almost $1600 to fix. I haven't even had the car the for the entire 90 day warranty, but because I went over the mileage by almost 50 miles, I'm screwed. I told him I'm taking it somewhere else to fix, so he's charging me $300 for the diagnostics! I have been without my car for over a week. I had to cancel plans to travel out of state; I can't get my daughter to all her practices; I show up late to work because or transportation issues; I've had to cancel plans in and out of state; can't make dump runs; can't get to the grocery store, and can't go do ANYTHING with my kid that's beyond walking distance. He finally agrees to stay late so I can get to him after I get out of work, only to text me this morning and tell me he isn't showing up and I have to wait until tomorrow. He's a crook, and a scumbag. He's screwing me now because I won't pay him to do the work.screw this guy.

They had the best customer service I've ever come across! The owner worked very hard to find me the right deal at the perfect price!
