I can't recommend these guys enough! Their customer service surpasses any I've encountered. We're on the Square in downtown Madison and each week we have a very tight turnaround for a weekly publication that we print ourselves on a great Toshiba that Dimax set us up with. But there's those occasional printing issues you inherently run into (when something has to print "right now") and Aaron and his team go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we finish our print job! They've talked me through tech support from the 9th hole at 7pm on a Friday night... they've printed a job in their own offices and driven them up to us on Christmas Eve night! These guys care!
