I started to write a long review but I'm just going to list the ways that RPM screwed up:

1) Double billing of monthly water bills for about five months
2) Mis-application of rent funds for four months, caught only by my diligence, not theirs
3) Repairs charged; sometimes double charged, WITHOUT being completed
4) Unexplained charges, remaining unexplained after months of asking for clarification
5) Gave them three weeks notice after we fired them that we were coming to get our keys. They neglected even to check on the keys' location until we were physically in the office. Two days later they told us they lost them.

Insult added to injury. The one mitigating factor that is earning them a bad review rather than a call from our attorney: they returned all the money we asked for. Their negligence really was so great they had no choice.

Run, don't walk away from this company. I fired them after nine months of misery.

So many reasons to look elsewhere. Heed my warning!
