Provided by YP.comRecently my Mom was admitted to Faulkner Hospital in JP. She is 84 and unfortunately at a time in her life when she could no longer live at home. I was in great need of help in an area I had no knowledge in. A member of the hospital staff, Fiona Connelly, went above and beyond to assist. She kept me informed and found help for my Mom. Many other member of the hospital staff banded together to help and find a nursing home close to my home. Fiona Connelly is an asset to this organization and I know she will go far in her field. My Mom is now getting the proper care she needs and because of Fiona Connelly she will probably have a longer life then living at home. Kudos to Fiona!
