The staff at this facility aren't very versed in customer service. The first time I used their laundry service seemed okay. The next time I used their service was for in-house. First, all the machines are made for tall people, including the small machines.
Secondly, the staff are not very helpful with providing customer service. I have used their in-house service on several occasions and I am handicapped and using crutches. Only the first time I entered the facility did I ever get assistance. You would think that they wouldn't want a lawsuit especially since they just opened. Every other time I have to use the step stool with my crutches. That is not very safe me or them.
