Wish i could give them a ZERO! Spend $600 on glasses and go to pick the glasses up TWO WEEKS LATER and I CANNOT SEE in them. I tell them and they say, "maybe your eyes have to get use to them." I insist to see the doctor, which was not the original doctor i saw and then find out they gave me the WRONG PRESCRIPTION! Then I have to wait another TWO WEEKS for them. Can you believe this? And when I ask when I call to check on the status, "oh well you just go them, so it will be a while."
Why do I have to suffer for their mistake? No apology NOTHING!!!

This is the worst store ever....Cheater and Liar...they will get money from you... Good eye doctor though.

Decent selection of top brand eyewear. The price is the price, health insurance or not it seems. I have purchased three glasses and regularly order my contacts here, I doubt I'll ever get a discount. Overall good atmosphere, nice doctors and sales personal.

This place is the worse, employees think they are the owners they are really rude and the managers don't even care.

Great service,amazing doctor,very friendly,the workers makes u feel comfortable,been dealing with them for about 2 years,they even had my glasses ready within one hour,best prices on frames and lens,they work within ur budget,best recommended optical.

I was overcharged for my frames. I paid $250 for D&G frames that retailed online for over $100 less. Also they have no refund policy and only have an exchange policy for seven days. There are better places to go.

Amazing place! Friendly atmosphere, great selection and great prices...Got amazing glasses plus free eye exam! The doctor was very professional and nice. Will definitively come back and recommend to all my friends! Thank you guys!

Be very wary of any place that lenses peel, cannot provide cases for so designer frames. Also the price is the with or without insurance they obviously can careless about running it or honoring any discounts.

Thieves. They quote you one price and charge you another price when your prescription glasses are ready. The store looks nice but they are very dishonest. Avoid them at all cost, they will take your ($100) union voucher and charge you the regular price. In other words, you will pay more then the average person. I gave it a one star because the store is clean.
