Advance Thermal Corporation, founded in 1987, is one of the largest manufacturers of removable insulation covers. Its product line includes reusable insulation blankets and covers for chilled water and mild cryogenic applications, manhole and tunnel specialty covers, heat exchangers, valves and pump covers. It also offers acoustic covers, rotary dryers, steam and gas turbines, exhaust manifold enclosures, lead indicator covers and thermal-wrap blankets for nuclear power plants. It is a division of the Transco Group and has three manufacturing facilities in Jacksonville, Texas, Taftville, Conn., and Bensenville, Ill.
