Wish I could give this dump less than one star. They are so unprofessional & unreliable. Scheduled my appointment & was told they would call to confirm. I never rec'd the call so I called to confirm. I was told my appointment was all set for the next day. Went at my scheduled time at 9 am, no one was there (although their sign said they open at 9). Waited for half an hour only to be told that the stylist had scheduled another appointment & could not fit me in. I left the shop with my hair still a mess (mind you I had plans for the day). Received a text about an hour later saying I could come back at 5 & they would give me $10 off...NOT!! Save yourself the headache & go to a professional establishment!

I was told to come one time and had to wait for an hour. To make matters worse, I brought a picture of what I wanted and the lady did her own thing. A sign in the salon said if I didn't like my style say something" so I did and she just said "sorry". I give them 0 stars!!!! Don't waste your money!!! Totally disappointed! !!
