I've always found everyone I've dealt with at CRI Properties to be very professional. They're great about getting back to me with any questions or problems I have.

I'm telling you that you DO NOT want to rent from these people or have them as your property managers!! They never check on the houses like they say they will, they don't fix things they are supposed to after you tell them to!! They sure don't make sure your house is being repaired properly but they are all about taking your money and saying they are doing their job until you go check it out for yourself!! Then it's blamed on the tenant or yourself!! These people are a bunch of crooks that charge you for anything and everything and then don't do what has been charged for!!! If you don't believe me, message me and I will send you my pictures and the statements they sent me!! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!!

I would say they certainly have proven to me professional as well as knowledgeable. Whenever I had any concerns I was about to get a response right away.

They are very responsive to owners requests which is great. The maintenance crew and the property management are all well organized. They are prompt at answering anything I have questions to.

They are extremely easy to work with as well as quick to answer any questions that I had asked about. They certainly are professionals.

income or to accommodate the size of your family. CRI Properties has an excellent Maintenance Staff to take care of all their rental

CRI has been awesome over the past 5 years. I really feel fortunate as I've heard of so many companies that has no customer service whatsoever. They have done a great job.

I really appreciate everything that CRI Properties has done for me over my time renting from them. I'm now buying my first home and my time with them has come to a close, its been a great run. They have helped with so much and have been easy to work with!

Out of all my years of renting I've never had such a great experience, especially when it comes to work requests. Usually if I had a light bulb that needed replacing it would take up to 2 weeks to get it fixed. When I moved into CRI's property my refrigerator began acting up and it was fixed right away. I was so impressed with the timeliness and the service tech that I decided to only rent from CRI. Great people.

We rented home in Sneads Ferry through CRI Properties and overall we had a great experience working with them and we would like to rent from you again! I am currently staying with family while my boyfriend is deployed in Afghanistan, and when he comes back we would like to get another place like we had with CRI if not the same house if it is available. They were very prompt in responding to any kind of issues we had and easy to deal with. We have recommended them to many of our friends and family that are looking for a quality place to live.

We really would like to thank CRI Properties for making our almost 2 years in our townhouse a very enjoyable experience. We really like the neighborhood and have become good friends with our neighbors who are really great people. We do not hesitate in recommending CRI to anyone in the Jacksonville area. Not only were the places all discusting, we were lied to and basically robbed. When we first rented we were told that my husbands EAS orders would break the lease, so we signed thinking that everything would go smoothly once it was time to move out. We were wrong, Not only did they keep our deposit they are trying to make us pay rent for the next 4 months even though they have already rented to another unfortunate family. All the properties are poorly maintained, which i find strange since they are taking money from service members and their families and not using it to better their product. CRI properties is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE worthless company. If you want to live in a discusting rotting house, feel free they will be happy to take your money.

We rented from CRI when we first moved to the area. They were very short with us during the entire process of leasing the home. After moving into the house we continued to have issues with the refridgerator leaking and not getting cold. Our food was always spoiling. They would come out look at the refridgerator and tell us to deal with it. They would never fix or repair the problem. They told us "the owners do not want to buy a new one". We offered to buy a new refrigerator and we were told "NO". Upon moving out of the house we were charged for serval "unclean" areas of the home. For example the toliets had hard water stains that were there when we moved in, we were charged for this! The house had mildew on the outside, we had ask for someone to pressure wash the house while we lived there and was told "NO". Upon moving out we were charged for the "mildew". We were also charged for multiple other small issues that should have been considered "normal wear and tear"!

The only reason we got out with our deposit was because we were very critical on our inspection sheet. The floors were stained or had large amounts of paint on them. The front yard was in good repair but the back yard had trash buried beneath pine needles. The walls were covered with holes and very bad patch up jobs. Me and my husband were very disappointed with the "service" they gave us. And all the positive reviews I have noticed on the sites seem to be by "verified reviewer" or some realtor, which seems odd to me. If you are thinking of renting from them look over all the reviews; some of them just seem cheesy like something you would read off of a brochure advertising the place. This is my first time having to right a bad review for a company or anything I always look for the positive in situations, but this time I felt the need to warn people of what experience they will most likely have.
