If you care about your pet's health chose ANOTHER Vet. I wish I had read the previous reviews before taking my dog to Dr. Jones. She is incompetent and a scam artist. I paid close to $1,000 to be told by a DIFFERENT vet's office that my dog has a urinary tract infection. This "doctor" shouldn't be allowed to practice.She will run up your bill with unnecessary tests and exams, and provide no ACTUAL treatment or DIAGNOSIS.

I have been taking all my precious pets to Dr. Kandra Jones for over 25 years. She is the most knowledgeable and kindest person and veterinarian that I have ever known. She always shows her concern and does not sugarcoat the diagnosis but tells you the truth. When I started rehabilitating wild animals, she always charged me a nominal fee if any. When I got a raccoon that I decided to raise as my pet, she was the ONLY vet that was knowledgeable of the treatment for him and the ONLY vet that was more than happy to care for him. Since that time, I have raised 4 other raccoons. TobywanCOONobie is still Dr. Jones' patient after 16 years. She has also cared and treated all my dogs and cats during that period of time. I would NEVER take my babies to anyone else. I love them way to much!

I am also very pleased with all her staff. They are always very cheerful and helpful. If I have any requests for information, they always get right back to me. Dr. Jones always returns my calls when I need to speak to her and she always calls me on how my pet is doing or if she has additional questions. When one of my pets passes, she sends my husband and I a sympathy card.
She is not just ANY veterinarian, she is the BEST!

I have been taking my pets to Mandarin Veterinary clinic for over a decade. When I first moved to Mandarin I tried two other vets before I found one I (and my pets) were happy with - and I could not be happier with Dr. Jones. She has treated my cats with care, skill and concern and helped us all through trying times. My cat Tikki had cancer and Dr. Jones did chemo with him and he lived a long time after the cancer. I had years more with a beloved pet due to those treatments. Dr. Jones takes great care of our cats (Tigger, Genji and KC). KC had a punctured eyeball and Dr. Jones did very delicate eye surgery and saved her eye. I think the clinic, the staff and Dr. Jones are great.

Awesome attentive pet care and reasonable pricing but not the cheapest in town either.... but dont we all wish pet care was lower priced? They appear to really care for each and every animal and the grooming is fabulous too. I have taken my 2 dogs there and will be taking my new Munchkin Napoleon kitten there because they treat us like family there. They have separate cat and dog seating areas so they dont get mixed. They have handicap parking and only one small step in about the size of at brick width and handicap bathroom size too. They sell food and other pet related items and have boarding, grooming, and LASER surgery and are AAHA certified hospital and there are not too many in town that are.They also have a great pet email portal for each pet if you like that. Great with small dogs too and a real doctors answers emergency calls after hours on call not some lame answering machine that sends you to a high priced emergency vet.It is an excellent place.
