Have not purchased yet but on 1st call to company, Sat March 22, at 130 PM, Mark the owner picked up the phone while on Vacation and answered questions. I could not find anyone else who was available to do so.

I was referred to Mark by the manufacturer of my steam generator. I own a small business and I needed parts and a little consultation. Awesome service, unbeatable price, and very fast shipping. I wish I found this place a lot sooner. Great experience and I highly recommend.

Contractor's Choice Steambath and Sauna really knows their stuff. We had them repair our steam room and install a sauna. They were very professional and fixed the steam room in a matter of minutes. The new sauna turned out beautiful and my husband and I were so pleased. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Contractors Choice Steambath & Sauna is a reputable company that goes above and beyond the regular business. Mark Moody, who own's this company is the smartest guy out there involved with this equipment, who does not mind helping you over the phone to figure something out with the equipment instead of the other folks who have to come out and charge you a 100.00 just for showing up and then troubleshoot it themselves taking much longer than needed only to end up charging you 250.00 for their small effort and then you still have to pay for a part that you may or may not have needed. Mark has helped me more times than I care to admit, standing behind his equipment and gives us the best price out there regarding parts for the steam generators and dry saunas. His technical experience allows him to determine problems quicker than others and his easy going demeanor is something rare with contractors in general. When you need a part you can count on him to order it and get it shipped out that day and not wonder when it's going to show up. This is the company to deal with if you have a steam generator or dry sauna.

Contractors Choice came out to our house and showed us samples of the woods and measured out the area. They suggested a different spot than we had picked out and they were right. It looks fabulous ! They were professional, clean, on time and most of all within our budget. We wouldn't suggest anyone else for your sauna and steam room needs. Thanks to Mark and the guys, we had a great experience.
