Very bad Customer Service, took them 4 months to install my windows. They didn't deliver what they promised and got paid 3 1/2 months before all the windows was installed. They still need to replace my bedroom windows with the correct balances as of today.

They keep reminding me they did not make any money on my job but who's fault is it for ordering the wrong size and have to make 3 trips to my house when they should have got it right the first time? I would never recommend or use this company again. I should have cancelled the job and request refund after the first month instead of giving them 3 months to correct the problem and as stated the job still not completely done. Very disappointed and frustrated with this Company. Only reason I gave one star is this site would not allow me not to enter one.
