There is a young lady in this store that is always polite, friendly and helpful, in person or on the phone, even when she is rushed shes on top of things. wonderful asset to this company, fire some of the dead wood and give her more credit ! she is very knowledgable of the products and when you throw something new at her, she finds answers, goes above and beyond in my opinion, don't let her go again, shes worth more than I am betting she gets !
