Brian, the owner of Bridger Spa practically broke my hot tub. I have a custom made Diamond Spa hot tub that was having a minor issue w/ the control panel. The Balboa technician recommended Brian from Bridger Spa. Brian not only didn’t how to fix the control panel, but he broke it. The next day he came to fix what he broke and ended up sitting down on my deck on the phone with Balboa and looking up info on the control panel online! He actually even had the audacity to wanna send me a bill.
