Danny Thomas from Thomas Heating and Air (current address listed 38 Old Hickory Cove), replaced my AC compressor for almost $1500 2 months ago. The compressor didn't work at first after replacement because some part installed was messed up. He came to fix that but to this day has not provided any receipt or documentation of the work he did and the payment I made for it. He said he would bring it the next day when I met him to fix the unit when it wasn't working right after he replaced it, but he never did. He doesn't answer his calls or text and has become not reachable. I got him through my neighbor and the neighbor hasn't been able to get a receipt or any paper work from him in 2 months. Extremely unprofessional guy and business. Don't know what work he did that I paid for when he wouldn't provide a receipt for it.

Unprofessional and fraud. In 2 months he hasn't provided receipt for the $1500 I paid for AC compressor.
