This is the WORST property management company I've experienced. They collect our money and do nothing for it. Our development was not plowed and our walkways were not shoveled the entire winter despite us having paid for it....our properties are not being taken care of and it is starting to look run down and like a shanty town. The garbage piles up so badly that the board of health stopped by to write it up. The gutters aren't ever cleaned, the shrubs and trees are not trimmed and badly overgrown to the point an overgrown tree smashed against my window in the storm and broke it. I was promised that the association would pay for half the cost to replace (when they should have paid for it in full because it was due to their negligence that my window is broken) and this has never been done. I was told back in November that the windows would be replaced within two weeks. It is now April and I do not have the window and I spent the whole winter with plastic over my windows and my heating bill almost doubled! I have an attorney on retainer and they will be dealing with him from now on instead of me. Oh...by the way, THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS and on the rare occasion that they do, both Gary and Lawrence are very unprofessional and nasty with their responses. I would NEVER recommend this company and if your development has the bad fortune of getting them as a property management company R-U-N, or sell your house or better yet DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, instead have it held in an attorney's escrow account until they do what they are supposed to!

As a colleague of the agent’s that make up Real Time Property Management it is evident that their service and client dedication is second to none. I have seen firsthand at a party with Gary, one of their tenants needed something and before I turned around Gary already left to making sure what they needed was done immediately! You do not get service like this everywhere, I would recommend Real Time Property Management to all of my client’s with Investment properties- you can really trust they will do a good job!

Gary's service is unparalleled. I have two rental properties and whenever repairs needed, they are taken care of in a quick and professional way. My tenants love to stay in my properties and a large part of that can be attributed to Real Time Property Management. Keep up the good work!
