From the onset it has been a total disappointment. The fees are off the chart. They charge the highest amounts for routine services and the grieving family will pay and pay. The coffin was double what I could of purchased any where. The room thermostat was set at 73 every arrival we went there and family was sweating.You have to go in person and ask to turn the air conditioning up it was so hot in the viewing chapel on this warm spring day how tacky. Nickel and dime outfit. The deceased was poorly prepared and the hair recolored and makeup was deplorable. They are only interested in your money. The limo driver was in a hurry and the ride was uncomfortable with speeding and jerking stop and go. When I told the driver he just said OK.... The parking lot is to far from the entrance. Let me tell you save yourself the aggravation and sloppy service and go elsewhere. It was a total embarrassment to my family and the owner was just interested in getting paid rather then being professional and a total distraction for the mourning family, disgusting event. Never have I been so enraged and will never step foot in this place again.
