I wouldn't give them ANY stars because they had the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I made an appointment as a mother of the bride to find a dress for myself after having just spent a small fortune on my daughters gown. No one helped me at all. I had pics saved from their website and was told to find them on my own. I got no assistance from anyone. I contacted the corporate office and got no response from them either. Would never recommend them! All employees in the store are rude and corporate doesn't seem to care either.

The people herie were wonderful!!! After having a horrific experience at the Hattiesburg location, they made my dress shopping experience a breeze. You can feel the love as soon as you enter the store and they are very eager to assist you with any and everything!! i chose the first dress I tried on and they made me feel like i was Miss America!!!

I have always had a great experience in David's Bridal. My consultant was very patient with me. She found exactly what I wanted. I did not have a big group with me so she made up for it. She even hid my dress because I did not have the deposit at the time. She was clear to let me know that the dress can be discontinued at any time. All of the ladies even on a Saturday were very awesome.

terrible service!

I went in the store in January to look for my wedding dress, the lady that helped me was very nice but the in store selection was terrible! I wanted a fit and flare gown, apparently they don't have any! Or I just didn't get to try any on! I choose a dress I didn't love because they didn't have anything for me to try on, I could order what I wanted online but I didn't want to spend $800 and not like the way it looked. My dress was supposed to be in about March 1st, on February 6th I got a call to set up an alterations appointment. I wasn't even called to be told my dress was in! I didn't receive the email that it was in until the 11th.

Yesterday February 13, 2014 I went to pick up my dress...

They brought me the wrong dress. I told them it wasn't mine and they acted as if that happened all the time "someone tagged it wrong" so anyone could have walked out with my dress. Not looking at it to make sure it was there's! Then when I tried my dress on, I had the employee zip my dress, HER JOB I believe, she popped my zipper!! She then looks at my friend and says "that's why you wanted me to zip it, you know it was gonna pop" we didn't think the zipper would just pop! Any one with common sense wouldn't try to force the zipper! The employee then disappeared as get out if the dress. I go to the front desk and the other lady who I believe to be a manager asked if I was ready to sign my dress out. I told her no the employee barraca I believe was her name popped my zipper, the manager then rudely asks why did it not fit? As she snatches my dress over the counter!! She calls Barraca to the desk to ask her what happened she again tries to blame my friend WHO DID NOT ZIP THE DRESS! She then tries to get me to reorder my dress, and tells me it will be here before my wedding but she can't tell me when. May be the day before, my wedding is in 5weeks I can't do that! So she takes me to the alterations lady THE NICEST,SWEETEST EMPLOYEE THE STORE HAS!! She fixed my zipper, and my dress fit! She had no issues zipping it,before or after the repair!

I do not recommend going to this store if you want good service! I will never spend another fine in this store!!

This is probably to be expecte...

This is probably to be expected from a major corporate retailer, but I still would have thought they'd have been better. I only used them for my bridesmaids dresses, and then only because they did have the least expensive options for cotton sateen dresses. I chose 3 colors for dresses, and 4 different styles. The first problem was when my 19 year old sister went to buy her dress. Since I had gone back and forth on dress colors, my sister couldn't remember which colors I had decided on- but the store had it on file. Instead of looking at the file, they let my sister order the wrong color. Luckily, I called my sister to find out which dress she had gone with, and was able to call the store before it was too late to change the order. The second problems came when two of my other maids went to get their dresses. I got a phone call from my girls letting me know that a.) one of the colors I selected was a "15-week color" and wouldn't be in until 2 weeks before my wedding (cutting it WAY too close!) and b.) two of the styles I had chosen had been discontinued. Its a good thing I'm okay with my girls wearing different styles, because the store didn't bother to give me a call to let me know they were being discontinued. If those had been the only styles I had chosen, I'd be in trouble! Also, it would have been nice for the associate to let me know which colors took so long to get in, because I wouldn't have chosen it to begin with. I ended up putting my MOH's in one color and the other bridesmaids in the other color, and just nixed the peach altogether. The quality of the dresses are ok for bridesmaids dresses for the price- We couldn't beat $100 for a cotton sateen dress, but the service is DEFINITELY lacking. They'll smile and sweet talk you all day if you're there to buy a wedding dress, but don't give you much attention at all if you're just there to pick out dresses for the wedding party.
