Auto merchants of Jackson is a terrible place to buy a used car!!! We just purchased a vehicle 3 days ago, 1 of them which spent in the shop to find out that it needs a body module. This affects the turn signal and needs to be replaced, a $450.00 cost. We purchased the extended warranty ( not covered) it also came with a 6 month warranty from the dealership...the owner, refuses to pay for the cost of repair. Seriousy, chump change for him...he wants to buy the car back from us however, to fix and mark up to re sell to someone else...his words exactly! I am spreading the word because it is unprofessional and illegal! I'm not a Sue happy person but we have laws to protect us against stuff like this. I hope the law takes our side...so please be advised, stay away from auto merchants of Jackson, MI!!!

Very helpful, and wonderful to work with. Our salesman(Mark) did everything for us, and got us a very low interest rate . It was a pleasure doing business with him.
