Its worth the drive to Auburn not to buy a single hat at this store. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

going to this store was a very bad experience...went 3 different times to purchase 3 shotguns, and could NEVER get any help. Also went once for live bait, the worms were dead and rotting, I asked the guy behind the counter, and he said they had been there for a long time, which was obvious. They have no customer service. I will not go back. I bought my 3 guns somewhere else with great customer service.

Recently i went there to buy some fishing & Hunting Supplies and they didnt have any in stock and they told me i dont have any intention in stocking.They recommended me to go to Bass Pro in Auburn,NewYork.What kind of store is this if it suppose to be for the outdoor hunter.I live 15 minutes from there now ,Now i have a hour drive to go to BassPro.I will not go to DICKS AGAIN IF I HAVE TOO ! We need a better store that carries the fishing & Hunting Products like they do in Auburn, They have my bussiness now !
