I was treated by Dr. Cassels for at least three months after I�ve broke my shoulder. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the results! He�s very personable and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Robon and all the staff at Proliance in Issaquah are wonderful. Dr. Robon is incredibly knowledgable and reassuring. While my visits to the office were shorter than other doctors I had been to, this was because Dr. Robon is very efficient with his (and my) time. I never felt rushed, he always made sure that all my questions and concerns had been answered. As for my surgery, a minor surgery on my wrist, all the staff were very kind and helpful from the front desk staff to the nursing staff and anesthetist. I had basically no pain after my surgery, something I attribute to the nerve block Dr. Robon placed as well has his skills as a surgeon. He also mentioned he had some background in plastics, and my scar has healed so well I wouldn't be surprised if in a few more months it will be all but invisible, which is definitely something I appreciate. While I hopefully have no need for additional surgery, I would absolutely return to Proliance and will definitely recommend Dr. Robon and Proliance to anyone requiring hand or wrist surgery.

Dr. Robon has served our family multiple times and he has never failed to show curiosity about diagnosing the problem and expertise when solving it.

Fear of the unknown is a big part of the anxiety people feel when surfed a serious injury. Dr Robon provided one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. He instilled confidence through his explanations, maintained a brilliant balance of positivity with just enough realism that added to his credibility and ultimately put me at ease - a challenging task for any doctor, yet he did this with a relaxed and caring attitude. Dr Robon treated me for a complicated fracture of radius with intrusion of a metacarpal into a joint space,,horrible complicated injury. He did surgery, inserted a plate, fixed a tendon, made hand stable. It was more sour Gerry than he expected as the imjurynwas worse. But he did a grand job, no complications, a good recovery and hardly a scar. His expertise is the best, his demeanor friendly and cheerful. Clearly he loves what he does and does it so well. His office people were kind, courteous, on time and did a superb job. I can't say enough about him, he was responsible for a good result.

Dr Robon was great! Very knowledgeable, explained the injury well and what to expect after surgery. He connected easily with my 16 year old son and spoke to him directly about the procedure and how to take care of his hand after. We also were able to get in for an appointment right after his injury and have the repairs a few days later so my son could get back to sports soon. I would highly recommend him for any hand injury.

Dr. Robon is the BEST!! He is friendly, professional, and put me at ease with the concerns I had with my radial head fracture. He had to perform surgery and it went phenomenal! The scar is very small and straight compared to what I thought it would be. I swear that he could be a plastic surgeon with his attention to detail. I know many surgeons that would not take the time to not only take the time to fix the injury but also make it look "pretty". I am now 3 months post op and have almost all of my range of motion back!

Dr. Robon treated me 3 times in the past 5 years for differing injuries. The most recent was to repair both wrists injured while on vacation in Mexico. He explained all the procedures needed in a kind and caring way. The left wrist was severely damaged requiring carpal tunnel surgery. Also, the insertion of a titanium plate using 11 screws to repair the distal radius. After just 5 1/2 weeks, I have almost full use of the hand and wrist with little or no pain. I am convinced that you couldn't find a better hand surgeon anywhere.

Dr. Robon is one of the most caring doctors I've seen. He took the time to explain the surgery and why it was necessary, and to answer all my questions. He called the evening of the surgery to see how I was doing. At the follow-up appointment, he asked if there was anything they could have done to make my experience a better one. Not to mention the surgery went well and I had no complications, and am so glad I had it. would definitely recommend him to anyone needing carpal tunnel or other hand surgery.
