Fabulous vet! Goes out of his way to accommodate owners and their animals. Very compassionate and very reasonable cost. Cannot say enough about Dr. Friedman and his assistant Sarah. If you are in the market for a vet I would highly recommend Dr. Friedman. I will be going back their when I get another pet!

Could not help an old dog

Decent enough doctor but when it came to put my dog of 15 years to sleep he would not accommodate. My dog could no longer walk and when we asked him to make a house call so Chuck could be comfortable in his own home while he passed and he could not clear 30 minutes out of his day to ease the passing of a patient, our family member. It was a hard enough day without the frustration of trying to find a doctor that could help and ease the pain of our dog. IF YOU ARE A PROVIDER OF AN ANIMAL, YOU SHOULD BE THERE TILL THE END. He finally called us at 5pm to see if he still needed to come up to our house, I seriously hope he did not expect us to have our dog go all day without walking, eating, going to the bathroom. This was very disappointing and hurtful. I would never recommend such an uncaring provider.

Helpful when in need

I was struggling to find an emergency vet to take my sick cat to. After not having any luck getting an appointment at any local vet, I found Cougar Mountain Vet. They were just about to close down for the night but they were willing and flexible to fit me in LAST minute. My cat received excellent care, and I walked away feeling relieved that I didn't have to sleep another night knowing my kitty needed help. A very caring and compassionate staff!
