Provided by YPmobileAppliances work fine, but delivery was 12 hours late, after numerous phone calls and a day of work missed since they "deleted" my invoice. Took another week for the remaining install to be completed. Was told install fee would be covered for the mix up, along with an extended warranty, but it neither happened. Vent hood arrived damaged, but it was easier to pull the dent than deal with Rosendahl's any longer. It took over five phone calls and three visits back to the store to obtain a simple invoice with serial numbers so I could submit the rebates.
