Provided by YP.comBilling department bills incorrectly. Then try and act like you have a credit on your account after thoroughly explaining the over charge. When in fact i was told if anything was over charged id receive a refund automatically its now been three months and had to call in for a refund. unethical and will not be returning.. MAKE SURE TO LOOK OVER YOU DENTAL INSURANCE CLAIM BILL TO COMPARE WITH THE INVOICE THEY GIVE YOU.
