I was in a rush to get my car ready to sell and was more than aware that it was going to need an awesome detailing to get it sold ASAP! I put the word out on Facebook amongst friends for recommendations and was made aware of businesses in Laguna Beach where I live. These just didn't quite cut it though so I began reading reviews from the web and came across Executive Look Auto Detailing. Purely just going off all the great reviews I decided to call and got Gerald. After gaining some background on my car history and needs he informed me of what he thought I would require to get my car looking 'newer and shinier than the day I brought it' and a base price point. Liking his thorough and honest opinion I decided that this is where I'd go and made an appointment for the next morning, Leaving my Laguna bubble (which is rare for me to do) I found the business located on the 4th floor of a parking structure and nervously awaited how much this was going to cost me. Gerald did a pretty thorough initial inspection of my car (2008 Black Toyota Yaris) and discovered that it was going to need more work than first though. I would strap my surfboards on top of the car and living close to the beach and not washing it enough proved to have caused more damage than I would have thought. The engine needed cleaning and some minimal time spent on the interior to get it sale ready and worth more of the price that I was looking to get. When Gerald gave me the price this would cost I admit I was surprised that I would need to spend more than I thought but after more explanations and reassurances from Gerald I informed him that I would trust his word to work his magic. I am more than happy to report that all my anxiety and worries about spending this money were worth it when I saw the finished result. As promised my car looked brand, shiny new both inside and out. Gerald and his employee did an amazing job and I excitedly called Gerald the NEXT DAY to let him know I had sold my car that afternoon for the asking price I wanted and $2,500 more than the offers people were making me before I took it to Executive Look Auto Detailing. Gerald went out of his way to take me back home and pick me up on the day they worked on my car, was an extremely nice guy and takes pride in his business and work. He had my car ready and on time and gave me some fantastic tips and language that got me the price I needed. Take it from someone who had doubts about spending money on a great detail - DO IT - Gerald's your man!

This place is the best for ding, dent and scratch repair! I had a crater-shaped dent in my bumper and multiple scratches, both in which Gerald (the owner) fixed for me in under an hour. Gerald was incredibly professional, honest, friendly, and detailed. I will be bringing my car back next week to have the paint protection sealer put on. I definitely will be using this place for all of my detailing/repair needs!
