Very good service. Staff was friendly and did not hesitate to find a car that worked for us from the sister company.

The service was superb. Because I pre-reserved, I walked right to car pick up and was taken immediately to my vehicle. Drop off was just as easy.

Fantastic service and great cars! Enterprise rocks!

Tried to give me a GPS but it did not work anyway. Left it in the car and then they tried to charge me for it upon the return. I told them which fuel option but they charged me for a different one upon my return. I showed them the quote I had for the rental but the bill they were trying to give me was double that. Not a good experience and I rent a vehicle 10 - 14 times per year and a lot at Enterprise. I had never ever had this type of experience with multiple people from the same location. It took me multiple emails to Customer Care to get the credits returned to my charge card. My time is also valuable and I felt they could have offered something else (like a 2 class upgrade on my next rental) besides the refund that should have been automatic. Hopefully this location adjusts its policies.
