Waited all day for a delivery. Wondered what was going on so I tracked the package to see where is was at. The driver lied and said he tried to deliver it and I wasn't home even though I was home and even left a note on the door to leave the shipment in case I was in the bathroom. They could not have it delivered even though they new the driver lied. There is no direct number for the Irvine dispatch office by design. This must happen a lot. If I could use another company I would but unfortunately I'm stuck with DHL because it is who my shipper uses. If you can, go somewhere else.

Waiting on a very important package; Took day off to receive package, but had to leave the house for an hour and missed the DHL delivery truck by 15 min. I immediately sent an e mail to redirect my package to my office; I soon received an answer to my email that they had received the request and would deliver to new address; But did not specify when; I thought it would be delivered the next day; It was not delivered on Tuesday; I went to the DHL website to find out where my package is, but all it says is to contact the DHL office in Irvine Ca. But I don't have an e mail address or phone number. I've sent a few e mail's to the only contact on their website without any response or where my package might be.
