Provided by YP.comOne of the most unacceptable experiences I have had. I have spent over 25 minutes waiting on hold just to confirm service for a Gaggenau Warming oven . The is service call started out on Aug 8 - over 3 months ago! I have been passed around to 2 different companies, 3 different service techs! No one has the information from the previous tech and now I can't even get anyone to answer a phone! Terrible! A company like Gaggenau should at least have representative companies who are professional.
