Unlawful debt collection practices include; Debts out of the statute of limitation, calls to workplace, intimidation, and threats of law suit. If you get a call from Mathew Scott from this company immediately try to record the conversation, and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. They will typically fail to validate the debt because they usually don't own the right to legally collect the debt. They are already under FTC investigation.
