Told to bring vehicle in this morning. When I arrived I was told I could wait 2 hours or come back at 3:30. That was at 7:55am! It's 4:30, have been here since 3:20 no tire yet. At 4:40 the woman behind the counter asked if I would like an alignment. How long should it take to change 1 tire?

Awesome Service. Janelle was able to find me tires at a price I was comfortable with. She went beyond by explaining the differences in tires, and found me the right tires.. She continued to check in on me while they were working on my car and brought me to the car to explain what they were suggesting. The mechanic was also really good at explaining it as well. Will be back.

Worst tire company that I have dealt with in 20 years. Damaged vehicle while in their facility and will not repair the damage. If you care about your car DO NOT take it to Pope Davis

don't even think about it. It is the worst in all of the 50 States.
