This past year I completed the closing on the sale of my house in East Bridgewater, Ma. I was impressed with the job Paul Seaman did as my Caldwell agent. Having never sold a home before I was anxious, nervous and had LOTS of questions. Paul took a personal interest, offered suggestions and respected my input. Together he helped strategize and was available for those questions via phone, text or email at any time.
Living in Maine, I was unable to be at the house or oversee much and was concerned, being a little distance from his home office, it might slip on his priority scale. No worries though, Paul took it a step further by beautifully staging my home and even cut my lawn once to help me out! Bottom line is everything turned out great, including coming in over the asking price! I would recommend Paul to any new perspective buyers or sellers. I’m ready to purchase a new home in Maine and have continued to rely on Paul’s expertise and suggestions in the process. Five stars!
