EML has been servicing our pool for 5 years, it has been a wonderful experience for our family. Their tech is always on time and always explains the services performed, if we're not home they leave a call tag explaining the service and chemical reading. Super fine professional service and highly recommend EML

The most horrible company to deal with ever....we moved into a home that had an in ground pool just needed to be cleaned and a new liner. EML told us it would take 2 weeks ..it took about 5 weeks and EML never called us with any up dates. Finally they came and installed the liner, we told them we were 1st time pool owners and new nothing about pools or the care of a pool. They left our pool area extremely messy and full of slime..and they died out there cigarettes and left them on my patio floor for me to clean up as well.They promised they would show us what we had to do .....the next day the helper came with the pool supplies and just left them with us and did not explain anything. Said the items he brought were a free gift. He also went up on the roof and checked our solar panels...said there were some simple leaks and that we could call them to set up another service call to have them fixed. We were shocked when a week later we got an additional bill from they for $149.00 for the supplies that were a "gift" . I had to call pinch a penny to find out what chemicals I could use or put in the pool. We then called a solar company that came and assesed or solar panels to find we needed to replace them..had eml came and repaired them we would have paid them and still not had or pool solar heated! Did I mention whenever I called EML noone ever called me back(Lenny or Larry) I only got to speak with the secretary Paula who knew nothing about pools and was quite happy to tell me she didn't! Whatever you do -do not use this company! They are horrible and you will be sorry you did!!!!!
