Damian Gray, Broker, is both president and CEO and has been financing real estate transactions for over 10 years.  Prior to starting his own company, he was vice president of another top lending institution in Los Angeles for 5 years.  He personally originated over 30 million dollars in home loans. I, William Elkins am the firms lending & Real Estate consultant.  I graduated from Morehouse College cum laude with a degree in Business Administration.  I have been originating residential loans for eight years starting at a mortgage bank.  I continued my career in this industry working in management at Washington Mutual focusing on consumer, residential & business loans.  Subsequent to that I worked for one of most successful mortgage brokerage firms in Southern CA, Bristol Home Loans.  Throughout my tenure I have maintained over an 8 million dollar pipeline & helped dozens of homeowners finance their Real Estate transactions.
