Omg I felt a turtle was taking our order Michael was nice but he seems like he was in a good one, food was dry thinking of going somewhere else sorry chillies but you lost a customer

Typical Chili's. Good food, staff is friendly, restaurant ambiance same as any other. The carnitas fajitas are excellent.

food good, service is poor

took 18mins to be approached to place order. staff seemed overwhelmed yet restaurant was barely full. Manager John tried to help n we were grateful.
