How to write a great review:

• Be specific and describe what exactly you liked and why.
• Be truthful and objective when describing your experience.
• For negative reviews, be constructive in your criticism. Describe what disappointed you and what steps the business can take to improve.

When writing a review, consider these questions:

• Did the experience with the business meet or exceed your expectations?
• Did you get prompt, reliable service?
• Will you return to the business?
• How did the business compare to other businesses?
• Did you get what you paid for?
• What did you like or dislike?
• Does the business specialize in anything?
• Would you recommend the business?
• You are not allowed to do the following:
• Review a business without prior direct experience with the business;
• Review your own business or your competitor's business;
• Post personal information such as full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.;
• Post any content that is untrue, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening, or illegal, including profanity and references to race, religion, criminal activity, and sex;
• Post URLs, web links, HTML, or other computer code; or
• Post any content that violates any trademark, copyright, publicity right, or other intellectual property right of anyone else.

Other requirements:

• You are allowed to submit only one review per business. However, you may update your review at any time if it is still posted on DexKnows.com.
• Dex may provide an opportunity for a business to respond to your review. Any response is subject to these policies.
• Dex does not verify the accuracy of reviews, nor does Dex guarantee that it will police reviews. Therefore, you are solely responsible for the content of your posting.
• Once you submit a rating or review on DexKnow.com, Dex owns the rating or review and may publish it (or part of it) on DexKnows.com or in any other medium at any time.
• Dex may remove any review (or part of it) at any time and for any reason.
