•	I own a business listed on DexKnows.com. How do I add or update my business information?
A:	To update your Business Profile, click your business listing and go to the ‘Business Owner’ section near the bottom of the business profile page. Click the ‘Make updates to your business profile’ link. Close x
•	How do I report problems with the site?
A:	Please report all site problems by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ located at the bottom of any site page. Close x
•	How do I advertise on DexKnows.com?

Business Search

•	How do I narrow (reduce) the number of business results based on my specific needs?
A:	You can narrow the number of results from your search by clicking the Advanced Search link above the results:     Click the checkboxes to select the items that you wish to find, then click the Search button. Close x
•	Where can I get driving directions to a specific business?
A:	To get driving directions to a specific business: Locate the business in the search results. Click the business name to go to its Business Profile. On the Business Profile page, in the From field above the map in the upper-right hand corner, enter a complete address (street name and number, city and state),then click "Go."     The driving directions appear in a new window. •	I did not get results for my search. What can I do?
A:	Here are some DexKnows.com search tips. Check the spelling of all entered words. Make sure BOTH city and state are entered in the ‘where’ field. Try a different ‘What’ entry with words that mean the same thing or more general words. Try fewer words in your ‘What’ entry. Close x

People Search

•	What do the "H" and the "W" that are displayed next to a person’s name represent?
A:	The "H" indicates a home or residential listing for that person. The "W" indicates a personal work listing for that person. Close x
•	I don't want my residential information published. What do I need to do to remove it from your site?
A:	To remove your residential information from the site, please follow these steps: Go to www.WhitePages.com™. Search for the listing. If the search includes multiple results, click the "Listing Details" link for the appropriate listing. On the Listing Details page, scroll down and find the "WhitePages.com Privacy Options." Click the "Is This You? Remove Your Listing" link. Follow the instructions to remove the listing. Allow five business days for this removal to take effect. Close x
•	How do I add or change my residential or personal work listing?
A:	Currently residential and personal work listings cannot be directly updated to the site. Please ensure that your listing information is correct with your phone carrier and any updates should be reflected on the site within 30-60 days. Close x

Ratings & Reviews

•	How do I submit a Rating and Review?
A:	To submit a Rating and Review, follow the steps listed below: Find and select a business with which you have direct, prior experience. Click ‘Write a Review.' Select a star-rating for the business (1 = the worst; 5 = the best). Provide a short title that sums up your review. Write a brief review of the business that details your likes (or dislikes) of the business’s products and/or services. Ensure the review adheres to DexKnows.com Guidelines and Policies. Enter an Alias (name to be displayed with the review) and your e-mail address (first time submitters will be sent an e-mail verification request to their e-mail account). Enter security code. Click ‘Post Review.' Confirmation of your submittal appears. Allow five business days for your review to be displayed on the site. Close x
•	Does DexKnows.com read every review before it's published?
A:	No, Dex does not read every review published on the site. However, Dex may monitor reviews to ensure quality and adherence to DexKnows.com Guidelines and Policy. Close x
•	How soon will my Rating and Review be posted on the site?
A:	Please allow five business days for your submitted Rating and Review to be displayed on site. Close x
•	Can I rate a business without writing a review?
A:	No. Please take a moment to describe your likes and dislikes of your experience with the business. Close x

Mobile Features

•	I sent a business listing from your site to my mobile phone, but I did not receive it. What happened?
A:	Please check to see if your mobile number was entered accurately. If it was entered correctly, your mobile carrier may not be supported by our Website or your carrier plan may not support text messaging. Close x
•	If I enter my mobile number, will I receive more text messages?
A:	No. You will only receive a text message from DexKnows.com if you initiated a request. Close x
