It was a long wait, but it wasn't much of a bother with the comfortable waiting area.

I rented a Camry and after they washed the car we did the pre-inspection and it still had a considerable amount of bugs on the front hood and bumber and there was also lots of white dried up milkshake like stains on the center console and back seats. The employee assisting me already knew about the stains from the previous renter but in my rush I opted to take the car as is. It wasn't a special experience for me simply because I had to clean the neglected mess after picking up the car. Since their competitor was closely priced for a similar vehicle I'll think twice about renting from Indio I-10 Toyota. Besides this the assisting employee was courteous and the premises was well kept.
