took my daughter she is 8 years old.. all the staff was Rude making the environment more stressful for the kids, the nurse that took my daughter blood work, was rough when she did the work on her arm leaving a Bruce on her arm. thats mean. specially when working with kids.. wish they be more nice and carefully "no one likes niddles why put them more scare" to it.
