Took the money and ran. Never completed (or started) the project. Constant delays and false promises. After 2 months of continued missed appointments and requests for more money, disappeared with deposit. Gave him many/ample opportunities to complete the job. What do you call someone who takes money upfront for a job and then does not complete the job (even after I pay more to get the carpet out of "hock" with the carpet supplier)?

I had been getting estimates on carpet for our 3 bedrooms. I ran across a craigslist ad for Mikes Flooring. After reading the good reviews on fb, yellowpages, and thumbtack, I decided to take a chance and am so glad I did! Mike was very polite and hard working - finished 3 bedrooms in about 6 hours! The rooms look great! He was definately the best deal - Almost half of what we priced at Lowes! I will reccomend Mikes Flooring to friends and family and anyone looking to get carpet or flooring.
