I was kicked out of the Program cause he thought I was taking to much pain pills but my Medicine was Stolen and I turned in a Police reports to Wellington and his office and Wellington sent myself a Letter as of May 8th 2017 he was No Longer my Doctor.I'm in a Wheelchair now cause of the Pain and several knee Surgeries Wellington will Not even speak with myself or take my P.C.P's request for treatment of Severe Pain. So Please read this and ask yourself is Wellington, Joshua Rollins a a Fair Man or a Childish Butt Whole
