Phillip Waisman earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2014, from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. "After graduation, I worked in construction but did not have a destination or specific life plan. I just knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) was a perfect fit. I was enticed to join AIL in 2015. I was attracted by the Company's great pitch, its outstanding culture, and a group of people I wanted to learn from and be associated with," recalls Phill. "I always wanted to be in leadership.
