Buying my cigarettes here for 8 years. Finally got a stale carton. NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGE !!! Store policy. Becky claims it is against Board of health rules. Another lie ! Marion County Health has nothing to do with tobacco they govern food industry. Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Admin. said nobody has any rule like that and it is up to the individual business as to what their policy is.Was ripped off for $42.55NEVER shop at this store !!!!
