we went to Chipotle on friday nite at around 9 PM and they said that they are finished with both white & brown rice and told that it may take around 10 minutes. We waited for 10 min and went in to check the status and another employee told that previous employee provided wrong info and informed us that it may take another 20 min. They where also running out of chips on that day. Customer service was terrible....
