How can I get help with a problem with a table pad we just received. I called for my salesperson and left a message for the sales manager and I have not received a cal back. .

Really bad service. They don't care about their product. They want extra money to make it right when they helped you make it wrong. Go somewhere else where they have pride in their work.

The best endorsement that we could give a company would be to buy from them again. We just made our second purchase. These guys are Awesome

I love my new dining room table pad from Berger's. The colors look great and the pad fits the table perfectly. I was cutting corners and didn't buy a pad for my table leaf but decided that was a big mistake and am buying one now. Their customer service was amazing. Replies to my emails and phone calls within minutes of leaving them (Thanks for your help Rick). Lastly I couldn't believe how fast the custom pad was shipped. All in all a great experience.

As I shopped for a table pad for my formal round dining table I found round ones were impossible to find at the stores. So I tried Berger's. I am so glad I did. The pads I ordered came quickly and fit perfectly. The customer service was also topped notch

I received my Berger's custom table pad and it fits perfectly. The quality is excellent and the customer service was great. It took a while to get the table top, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered an extender pad for my dining table just before Thanksgiving. It was delivered in time and was exactly what I wanted. The quality is fantastic. Blakely helped me order the pad that increased the size and functionality of my table. We are very happy with this table pad. We were equally impressed with the customer service and the speedy delivery. Definitely five stars.

What a wonderful product and companyThe pads are beautiful andcolor selection match my table exactly. The quality of pads are top rate. I could have gotten my pads a littler cheaper but because of the prompt response from them I decide to go with Berger. The only problem I had was that it took so long to get the pads and I had to pay for them upfront. Anytime I called or emailed about my pads they were very quick to get back to me. FANTASTIC PADS!!! our old table pads were literally falling apart. After checking several producers we selected Berger's and are very happy we did. Our dinning room table has several leaves which are not all used at the same time. Berger's made individual pads for the leaves which stay together by unseen magnets. They have a wide selection of color and style. If you are in need of new table pads we highly recommend buying your table pads from Berger's. Sharon & Jim
