Had an appointment at 330 still sitting here an hour and a half later and car has still not been taken back not happy what's the point of an appointment

Took my truck in to get my back window replaced, was in and out quickly, even thought they were super busy, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and even offered me FREE coffee. Hope to not have to replace any more glass BUT if I do I know where to go!! Go team 38th street!

My mom took her brand new car (one month old) to have a new windshield put in and they cut her dash in two places and didn't tell her when she got almost home she seen it and went back they said would fix it.
