Wish I could've given 0 stars. My family (5 cars) has frequented Mirror Image for several years. It keeps getting worse. Today we brought in our Kia. Near the end of the wash, we heard a loud clunk like something had been ripped off of the car. It had!!! The entire side bumper/trim had come off the car and was laying on the floor INSIDE THE CARWASH. Someone had to go and retrieve our side trim from where it laid on the floor after it was ripped off. We brought this to the manager's attention and was basically told it was OUR fault. With that rationale, I would've had to have gotten out of the car during the steaming wash to rip the trim off my own car!!? SERIOUSLY? Does that make sense to anyone anywhere? They just lost our business (5 cars twice a month, over $1000 annually). We are going out of our way to alert everyone to never use Mirror Image ever again. Squeaky Clean does a much better job and has great customer service. What happened to us was shameful. I'm embarrassed for you.

All I can say is you have a good location.

I purchased the $12 car wash and your cashier pointed out the 48 hour guarantee. When I got home and noticed the bugs on the front of my car and windshield were only partially removed and there were white streaks of the shampoo or wax on the doors I wasn?t satisfied. Remembering, the guarantee (which I normally would not use) I decided to return and explain the situation. The cashier told me I should have turned around right after the wash and let them know then it wasn?t right. (SURE)! How many people stop & look at their car as they are driving off? The cashier was intimidating to the point of being rude. I felt uncomfortable and humiliated. I will never let this happen again!My question is - why would you offer this guarantee and embarrass your customers if they do need to return for the rewash? The customer should be told a rewash is ?JUST A BASIC WASH?. If this is your selling point and you personally point out your guarantee that is printed on the receipt anyway you shouldn?t treat your customers differently if when they return as you do when they first purchase your service! Not good business practice. Word of mouth travels fast!
