Patricia at the Noland Rd store is helpful, she reminds me of how employees used to know their merchandise, she is pleasant and has a professional appearance.

I was very pleased with the response to my phone call. The woman who assisted me, Patty, was friendly, courteous and very helpful. That kind of customer service has convinced me to shop Kmart more often. Thank you for your help.

I really only go to this Kmart if I absolutely need to. They never have enough cashiers. But I do like the pharmacy.

This Kmart is always short on cashiers. It takes forever to check out even when you only have a couple things. I do like their pharmacy though. They are always helpful and friendly.
