Too busy to help me

My cat started dying yesterday and by the time I got home from work and found her, it was a few minutes til 6, I called this clinic (who I used before) and they would not help me with an emergency euthansia, my cat suffered because of their lack of compassion and unwillingness to wait for our arrival.
