My experience with Chestnut’s has been a total disaster. These people lied to me not once but twice. I was told that they would be here two separate times. Haven’t seen them yet They did not have the courtesy to call me and advise they would not be here. So if you have the time to sit around and wait for these people to show up, you should definitely contact them. In my opinion the company has a no star rating. Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I decided to go with Chestnut fence since they gave me the cheapest estimate. The two guys that showed up completed the fence in less than an hour, all except the gate which they had to return with the next day. The price of the gate wasn't even included in the estimate. The fence was done so poorly that of my 60 pound dogs can fit under the fence. Some spots were a good foot off the ground. My gate doesn't even latch correctly so we can't use it. I called them in may about fixing my fence, the receptionist was rude and made a million excuses, eventually she said she'd send someone. The guy came and said the fence was done poorly and someone would come out in a few weeks. Months later I was never contacted so I called again yesterday the lady was rude once again she didn't even allow me to finish talking before cutting me off by saying they already fixed my fence.. I hadn't even told the lady my name. The owner called me back this morning being rude claiming to have come to my house and fixing my fence when I wasn't home. Which is completely unprofessional. He admitting to "accidently" hitting my dog and even went as far as calling my dogs aggressive three times then hung up on me when I tried defending my dogs. Very rude and unprofessional!! I obviously paid $1000 for a fence for the purpose of letting my dogs run around in the back yard which cannot be done now. I highly recommend choosing another company to do your fence work. The fence is very hastily put together and the owners are rude!!!

He showed up on time and was very helpful!! Recieved an estimate in just 2 days via mail with a drawing of what we wanted!! WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!
