Went to see Dr. Baker about something very scary and embarassing. I had told the receptionist (with great reluctance) why I needed to talk to the doctor. I was extremely anxious waiting for the appointment and dreaded discussing the matter. When the doctor came in she waited until I told her every excruciating detail and only then told me she had to refer me to someone else. The worst part: I was pouring out a painful issue and she showed no empathy whatsoever. Almost as bad, she spoke with a loud voice so anyone in the adjacent rooms could have heard everything! Terrible experience - I will never go back.

Br. Baker is very kind and personable to my adult child who has developmental disabilities and asthma as part of his diagnoses. She asks questions, and examines my adult child thoroughly. If I have a question, she patiently answers it. When there is an asthma flare and my child needs to go on his nebulizer, I can call the office and they get him in asap. There are some frustrations with the front office in getting copies of the forms filled and out the like. However, they have many patients in the office at the time, and needs to take care of them as well. If getting the info needed takes over a week, I phone and ask and they do get it to me. With the shortages of primary physicians in internal medicine, and some who will just give whatever and ot re-check....I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Baker.

Worse Doctor ever!! if you need prescriptions filled better go somewhere else she dont get to it takes over a month just to get in and then she thinks she knows it all yet prescribes stuff that cause's problems even more!! bad doctor she need's her license taken away patterson needs to rethink who he puts in his office and get rid of this one she has so many bad reviews!!

This is the worst office ever can't seem to call back when they say even when someone has medicine they need. Very poor will find a different doctor.
